The Rotoplat line is a complete series of stretch wrapping machines that includes trans pallet versions for all models. PVS Film Carriage
Film carriage with powered stretch system controlled by two independent motors. Stretch ratio adjustable from panel board from 100% up to 400%. Force to load adjustable from panel board controlled by patented electronic device. 30" carriage available.
PGS Film Carriage
Film carriage with powered frictioned pre-stretch system. Fixed pre-stretch ratio up to 300%. Force to load adjustable from panel board controlled by patented electronic device. 30" carriage available.
Stretch and Pre-Stretch
The "stretch" process in film wrapping is merely a passive consequence of the rotation of the pallet that is opposed by a brake device on the film carriage. Rotoplat uses high pre-stretch and electronic control or the film tensioning.
Mast
The mast is made of cold folded steel and has a tubolar inner structure in order to ensure maximum rigidity and resistance to any torsion or strain. An heavy duty drive chain moves the film carriage upward and downward for a constant and accurate control of the wrapping process. The anti-fall device in case of emergency assures the maximum safety.
Home Position
The load always stops in the same position that was placed in before the wrapping. This greatly improves times and costs of the process. Plate’s smooth start and stop steps are controlled by VFD that provides consistently the same positioning of the load beforeand after the wrapping cycle. The gear and worm system makes it possible to keep the phase of the turntable even while positioning the load on the plate.
Turntable
The new turntable base has front and rear forklift portability to faciliate operations The plate is spinning on heavy duty casters with sealed bearings. A chain and sprocket system ensures consistent and reliable turntable performances during rotation. The diamond pattern on the plate ensures better grip for any load avoiding slippage during the wrapping cycle.

Base Plate Frame
The base plate is supported by coupled sealed bearings that ensures improved support. The bearings are built with acetylic material in glass fiber frame. This combination ensures a very low friction coefficient during rotation and a very high resistance to compression and to deformations in order to deliver the best possible performances and the lowest component’s wear.
